Stakmint Terms of Use
Stakmint is run by Beviond ("we", "us"). Stakmint is provided by Beviond, a trading name of Victor Garcia, an individual based in Perth, Western Australia.
By using the Stakmint app or website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Stakmint.
1. Your licence to use Stakmint
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the app store's rules. Beviond owns the app, its code, design, name and logo.
2. What you can't do
Don't copy, sell, resell, rent or sublicense the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it (except where the law lets you); scrape or bulk-download data from our servers; or build a competing product from it.
3. Your content stays yours
Your items, photos, voice commands, notes and plans belong to you. You give us a licence to store, copy and process them only to run, secure and improve the service (including sending them to our service providers, as set out in the Privacy Policy). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that roll off as the Privacy Policy describes.
4. AI and prices: please check
Stakmint uses AI to read photos, draw room plans, understand voice and suggest details. AI can be wrong. Check results before you rely on them, especially before deleting or moving things. Prices shown are estimates or examples, not offers; check with the shop.
5. Acceptable use
Use Stakmint lawfully. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to use, try to get into other people's accounts, overload or attack our systems, or use Stakmint to harm anyone. Keep your sign-in details safe.
6. Paid plans and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store handles payment, renewal and cancellation, and its refund rules apply. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store account. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that can't be excluded.
7. Provided "as is"
To the extent the law allows, Stakmint is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost, so keep your own records of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
Our guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law can't be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit liability for a failure to meet a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or business.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Stakmint at any time and delete your account in the app or at stakmint.com/delete-account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we'll tell you if we reasonably can. If we shut down the service, we'll give reasonable notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date and, for big changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Stakmint means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts there.
