Delete your Stakmint account
You can ask us to delete your Stakmint account and everything in it at any time. You don't need to reinstall the app.
Option 1: Email us
- From the email address you sign in to Stakmint with, write to vfga10@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Stakmint account".
- We reply to confirm the request came from you.
- We delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Option 2: In the app
Open Stakmint and go to You → Settings → Delete account. Confirm it’s you, type DELETE and tap Delete my account. Your account, every inventory you own (including ones you share), all photos, voice history and settings are deleted straight away.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address and password)
- All places, floors, rooms, storage, items, floor plans, shopping lists, business and vehicle details
- All photos you uploaded
- Saved voice and typed command text
Settings, supplier and team contacts stored only on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
What we may keep
Encrypted backups and server security logs roll off automatically within 30 days. We may keep a record of your deletion request itself, as proof that we handled it. Voice audio is never stored by us.
Only want to delete some data?
You can delete any item, photo, room or place yourself in the app. You can also email us to ask for specific data to be removed without closing your account.
